Our Founder, Marj is an experienced yoga and mindfulness practitioner and teacher based in East London with over 20 years’ experience. She teaches a range of different yoga classes from slow alignment focussed remedial work to more dynamic flow styles incorporating mindfulness practises and breathwork (Pranayama) techniques. She currently offers private 1:1 and group sessions.
