Our Founder, Marj is an experienced yoga and mindfulness practitioner and teacher based in East London with over 20 years’ experience. She teaches a range of different yoga classes from slow alignment focused remedial work to more dynamic flow styles incorporating mindfulness practises and breathwork (Pranayama) techniques. She currently offers private 1:1 and group sessions for individuals and organisations.
Private yoga and mindfulness classes in the comfort of your own home or office are bespoke and designed exclusively for your own personal level of experience and needs.
They are suitable for if:
As all sessions are currently being delivered in-person or via Zoom. A private yoga or mindfulness session can be a great way of reconnecting with old friends, family or colleagues you perhaps don’t see often as you’re working from home.
