International Shipping
International delivery: £13.95
All shipping/postage is carried out either by Royal Mail or MyHermes
Royal Mail’s ‘International Airsure’ service or Royal Mail’s ‘International Signed For’ service will require a signature on delivery.
The Royal Mail aim to deliver packages sent using ‘International Airsure’ or ‘Signed For’ services within 3-5 working days, but it may take up to 20 days for delivery to Europe and up to 30 days for the rest of the world (ROW).
For international orders, Tiger Lily cannot be held responsible for any delays caused during destination customs clearance process.
Please note, you the customer (or the recipient) is responsible for all and any import taxes and duties and/or customs charges due on imported goods on arrival in the destination country. These charges will vary depending on the country, and on the items in your order. We are not obliged to make you aware of any potential charges and/or procedures; it is your responsibility to check with the relevant country’s customs office. We will not mark orders as a gift in order to avoid these charges. We are not responsible for any packages that may be held by international customs agencies. Your local post office or delivery centre may hold on to your parcel until any customs charges due have been paid. Regrettably, if a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, your original shipping cost will not be refunded, and a re-delivery charge will apply.
Late and Lost Deliveries
If your delivery is delayed for more than 7 days (10 days for international items), please contact us and we can assist with tracking the package. Often a delivery attempt has been made but no card left.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 15 working days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international items) as this is when Royal Mail considers items lost. We take no responsibility if your parcel has been delayed due to customs or border issues.
For international items, if the package is handled by more than one postal service then we cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the destination postal service. Delays are possible due to customs clearance – this can take up to 2 weeks.
